OVERVIEW
Shop Paw Fect Memories is operated by Market General Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service cover your use of https://shoppawfectmemories.com and any purchase you make from our store (the “Services”).
By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our store runs on Shopify. Purchases are made with Market General Services LLC, not with Shopify.
1. WHO CAN ORDER
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where that is allowed. Please give accurate account, billing, payment, and delivery information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you think someone has used your account without permission. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
2. PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZATION
We sell pet gifts in two kinds:
– Personalized items: products with a Personalize button, made with the photo you upload.
– Artwork items: products without a Personalize button, featuring our own designs.
Before ordering, please check the product, size, color, photo, and any other details. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake; changes may not be possible once production starts.
Your cart, checkout, and order confirmation show our standard product photo. Your personalized design is attached to your order by the Personalization ID listed under the item, and that is what we print.
Colors and placement on a screen may look different from the finished product because of screen settings, materials, printing, and photo quality. This does not excuse an item that is materially different from its description or your order. If a photo cannot be used or we need more information, we may contact you before going ahead.
3. YOUR PHOTOS AND CONTENT
You keep ownership of the photos and materials you send us.
By uploading, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it, including any permissions needed for identifiable people, copyrighted images, trademarks, or other protected content.
You give us, and the providers who make and deliver your order, a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, crop, resize, adapt, and print your material as reasonably needed to produce, deliver, and support your order. This does not allow us to use your private photos in public advertising; we would ask you separately for that.
Please do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. We may decline material that breaks these Terms or cannot reasonably be used for the product you chose. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee that every order can be filled. We may decline or cancel an order for good reason, such as an unavailable product, a failed payment, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or a significant listing error, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and let you know.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. PRICES, TAXES, AND LISTING ERRORS
Prices and offers may change for future orders. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct mistakes in descriptions, availability, or pricing. If a significant error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and any refund owed, subject to applicable law. Promotions may have their own conditions, shown with the offer.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing, production, shipping estimates, tracking, address rules, and delivery help are explained in our Shipping Policy:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we clearly offer a guarantee. Your legal delivery and consumer rights are not affected.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

In short: personalized items are final sale for change-of-mind returns, where this is disclosed and legally permitted. Artwork items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under the terms of that policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered. Nothing in these Terms removes remedies required by law.
8. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The store’s text, graphics, designs, branding, and other materials belong to us or our licensors, except materials owned by customers or other third parties. You may browse and shop on the website for personal use. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use our protected materials without permission, except as the law allows.
9. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you post a review, you allow us to display it with the details you choose to make public and to format it for display. Reviews must be truthful and must not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate reviews. Private support messages and order photos are never treated as public reviews.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You must not:
– Break the law or violate someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
– Place fraudulent orders, impersonate others, or give misleading information.
– Upload malware or interfere with the website, checkout, or security systems.
– Access accounts or data without permission.
– Collect personal information from the Services without a lawful basis.
– Harass or threaten customers, staff, or anyone else through the Services.
We may restrict access or cancel affected orders for violations, subject to applicable law.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our store may use or link to third-party tools and services, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control independently operated websites. Using fulfillment or other providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
12. PRIVACY

If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on personal information, the Privacy Policy applies.
13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTIES
We work to keep the store reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website and optional tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” This does not exclude product promises, required product warranties, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
15. CLAIMS FROM OTHERS
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs that result from your unlawful use of the Services, content you submit that infringes someone’s rights, or a serious breach of these Terms. This does not make you responsible for claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.
16. ENDING USE AND SEVERABILITY
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or for legitimate security reasons. Ending access does not cancel payment, fulfillment, refund, or other obligations that still apply. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a term right away does not waive our right to enforce it later.
17. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, subject to any mandatory protections of the law that applies to you. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require arbitration, do not waive class actions, and do not limit your legal payment dispute rights.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and will post the new version with an updated date. Changes apply going forward unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise. We will give extra notice where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to orders already accepted.
